About Hello Neighbour

Hello Neighbour operates a lettings platform for UK landlords. Landlords can list a property on Rightmove and handle enquiries, viewings and offers themselves, or hand the tenant find and tenancy management to the company's team. Both routes run on the same software.

Services include a DIY listing for £29 incl. VAT, a move-in add-on covering compliance checks, the tenancy contract, deposit and first month's rent, and fixed-fee property management from £150 per month incl. VAT. One-off extras such as photography, inventories, referencing and certificates are also sold separately. The customers are private landlords, and revenue comes from these listing, letting and management fees.

The company was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in New Malden. It raised £1.9m by late 2022, according to its website. Its leadership includes co-founders Richard Jenkins (CEO) and Mike Jenkins (CTO).
