About Helexia

Helexia Group offers 360° engineering, business analysis and financing for energy transition projects. Its services are grouped into Plan, Build, Run and Finance and cover energy audits, carbon footprints, energy master plans, PV plant design and construction, electric vehicle chargers, PV and HVAC operation and maintenance, energy monitoring, and energy performance contracts.

Its clients are businesses and organisations pursuing energy transition projects. Retail partner Alcampo is named on the site for a photovoltaic plant in Alcorcón. The group also offers energy-as-a-service and third-party investment models for PV projects.

Helexia was created in 2010 and is headquartered in La Madeleine (Lille), France. It reports 9 affiliates and more than 450 employees, with Voltalia as its main shareholder. As of 31 December 2025 it listed 520 MW in operation and 1,884 solar projects in operation. Current job openings include building technical management (GTB) engineering roles.
