About Headwork

Flexideo builds custom business information systems from defined requirements, without writing the base from scratch for each project. The approach rests on its System Genome, a definition of a system's data, rules, processes and links that can be changed and extended without rebuilding the foundation. AI agents are used on the definition and review side, with validation and controlled replication producing the working system.

Customers are companies whose work runs in Excel, e-mail, manual records or several unconnected applications, and where no ready-made product covers their processes. Work is priced per scope: a one-time diagnostic, analysis and implementation, delivered in phases. The delivered version carries no recurring licence fee; upgrades, hosting, SLA and compliance support (NIS2, ISO, AI Act) are optional paid services.

The company is headquartered in Prague and has a Czech development team. It was founded in 2000.

Product: Custom internal information systems (workflow, data and role-based business applications) generated from a definition-driven base called System Genome.
