About Headers
Headers designs, builds and operates software and AI systems that take over repetitive operational work, such as document data extraction, multi-step process automation and search over company documents. It also connects AI to existing company systems with defined access permissions and audit trails, and offers technical leadership to development teams.
Customers are mainly companies with a specific operational problem. Case studies include a chemical raw-materials distributor that uses software to extract data from manufacturer certificates and specifications, and Penmate, an English-writing evaluation product for teachers built on Cambridge English criteria, which Headers designed, develops and operates. The company also runs an internal AI agent in Slack and is developing it into a product for customers. Work is done on a project basis, with fixed-price implementation after a short initial analysis.
Headers s.r.o. was founded in 2019 and is registered in České Budějovice, where it has an office; the company describes itself as remote first. Founder Václav Novotný has worked on software since 2006. The company's current job posting is for an AI Native role open to students and to remote work.
Product: Custom software and AI system development, AI integration into existing operations, and technical leadership services for development teams
