UAB Guru Pay is an electronic money institution authorised and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. It issues e-money, executes domestic and cross-border payments, and opens IBAN accounts with SEPA, SEPA Instant, SWIFT and FX services. Client funds are safeguarded in line with applicable legislation. Clients operate accounts through an online banking platform and API integration.

Customers include regulated businesses and personal account holders. Revenue comes from account fees set per client category, including monthly account maintenance, incoming and outgoing transfer fees, and a percentage charge on non-SEPA and multicurrency transfers.

The company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. Its open roles are all based in Vilnius and cover engineering, payment product management, sales, AML and KYC compliance, and client care.
