GUKOM

GUKOM, spol. s r.o. is a metal fabrication company in Kolárovo, Slovakia. Its main work is producing steel railings for a foreign partner, alongside material cutting (band saw, sheet shears, plasma and laser), sheet bending, MIG and TIG welding, and locksmith work such as fences and gates. Surface treatment (hot-dip and galvanic zinc coating, powder coating) is provided in cooperation with subcontractors, and 3D design and drawing documentation are prepared in Autodesk Inventor or Hicad.

The company manufactures to order, including parts of bodywork, chassis and excavator blades made from customer-supplied production documentation through welding, machining and painting. Its website names one foreign partner as the main customer for railings and does not describe other customers or pricing terms.

Founded in 1993 as a producer of garden tractors and accessories, GUKOM later added metal furniture and locksmith products. A foreign partner entered the ownership in 2018 and management changed.
