go~mus is a modular ticketing and visitor management system for museums and cultural institutions. Its modules cover online ticketing with time slots and quotas, group bookings and guided tours, events, annual passes and memberships, vouchers and merchandise. Add-ons include an online shop, POS, access control, API and CRM, and services cover payments, transactional email, donations and CO2 tracking. A REST API covers tickets, bookings, customers, events, annual passes and reports.

Customers are museums and cultural institutions; more than 500 use the software, most of them in Germany, with others in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Pricing is available per ticket sold with a per-module fee, as a monthly or yearly rental per module, or as a one-time licence with maintenance and support.

go~mus is developed and operated by Giant Monkey GmbH in Berlin, which has been building it since 2012. Giant Monkey is part of Tourism Software Group. The interface is available in German, English, French, Dutch and Luxembourgish, and the company lists 25 people. Current openings are in engineering, product, sales and operations.
