About GM Media

GM Media s.r.o. is a Czech AI technology company that develops voice and text AI tools for automating customer communication. Its Voice AI Assistant answers incoming calls, recognises the caller's request, provides information or routes the call to the right department. A hotel voicebot works as a virtual reception that answers frequent guest questions, helps with reservations and explains the online check-in process. The tools are connected to CRM systems, helpdesks, reservation systems, e-mail, REST APIs, databases and ERP systems.

Customers listed on the website include energy suppliers, a logistics company, a technical support provider, a hotel in Prague, an apartment rental in Plzeň and a ski resort. Current projects are presented with Armex Energy, Shipify, Gretsch-Unitas Slovensko, Hotel Absolutum Praha, Apartmány Plzeň and SkiResort.

The company was founded in October 2021 and is registered in Prague. It is a subsidiary of a foreign group.

Product: Voice AI Assistant for automated phone customer service, and a hotel voicebot for guest calls, reservations and online check-in.
