Glimps

GLIMPS builds malware detection and file analysis software that combines deep learning, machine learning and LLM models with more than 25 detection engines. Its products cover protection of file servers and storage, files uploaded to business applications, CI/CD pipelines, network traffic, privileged access sessions and USB sheep-dip stations, plus investigation tools and a Malware Kiosk for employees to check suspicious files. Integrations include ICAP, a REST API, Python and Go libraries, and Jenkins, GitLab CI and GitHub Actions.

Customers are public institutions and enterprises, including a public-sector contract won in 2022 with ANSSI and the Hospices Civils de Lyon. The website reports more than 100 protected customers and 15 partners. Partners cover Italy, Poland, Spain and Belgium, as well as Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

GLIMPS was founded in 2019 by four engineers from the French Ministry of the Armed Forces and is headquartered in Cesson-Sévigné in the Rennes area. It opened a Toronto office in July 2023. The company raised 6 million euros in spring 2021 and has around fifty employees.
