Getpaid FI

Getpaid provides a white-label embedded-payments platform for software platforms. Its single API and white-label components cover checkout, merchant onboarding, payouts, reporting and compliance, and it splits each payment atomically between the merchant, the platform and any other party, for both human- and AI-agent-initiated transactions.

Customers are software platforms that own their merchant base, such as ticketing, ERP, B2B, website hosting and invoicing SaaS platforms, and marketplaces. These platforms earn revenue by setting their own sell price per payment method, region or merchant tier above Getpaid's cost and keeping the spread on each transaction.

Regulated payment services are provided by Getpaid FI Oy, an authorised payment institution supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). The technology platform is operated by Nyx Payments Software Services GmbH. The company was founded in November 2023 and lists offices in Helsinki, Düsseldorf and Madrid.
