About Geokaivot
Geokaivot Oy drills ground-source heat wells (maalämpökaivo) and delivers turnkey geothermal heating projects, including drilling, earthworks and the handling of drilling soil and sludge. The company also offers ground cooling (maaviileä) from the same system and, in larger properties, exhaust-air heat recovery (LTO).
Its customers are housing companies, terraced houses, apartment buildings, detached houses and large property owners. The website presents project cases in Helsinki and Kotka, including a commercial property in Kotka and a Helsinki housing company where 66 energy wells and over 21,000 metres were drilled. Revenue comes from drilling and installation projects for these owners.
