Geodézie Svitavy

Geodézie Svitavy s.r.o. provides geodetic services in three areas: cadastre of real estate (geometric plans, boundary marking), construction surveying (base maps for projects, utility networks, as-built documentation), and special work such as laser scanning of objects and crane track surveys.

The company serves clients including local municipalities and construction and property-related parties in the territory of the former Svitavy district, where it presents its local knowledge and long-term experience of working with local self-governments. It offers a free non-binding inquiry form on its website; the revenue model is fee-based surveying services.

The company was founded on 8 November 2022 by Ing. Martin Dědourek, CSc., to take over the activities of Ing. Martin Dědourek CSc. From 1 January 2026 it handles all engineering geodesy and cadastral surveying work from the former firm, after staff transfer and the purchase of surveying and computing equipment. Headquarters are in Svitavy, Czech Republic.
