Generations et Aides

Générations et aides is a home-help agency based in Espère, in the Lot department of France. It helps elderly people, people with disabilities and vulnerable adults with daily tasks so they can remain at home. Services include housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation, help with washing and dressing, companionship and escorted outings, administrative help, small DIY and gardening tasks, and child care for children over three.

The agency works as a service provider: it is the employer of its caregivers and handles their administrative management. Its customers are private individuals, families and relatives who arrange services for themselves or for a dependent person. Clients can use the immediate advance of the service tax credit, so they pay only the part not covered by the credit. The agency also has an agreement with MSA, CARSAT, the civil-servant pension fund and AGIRC-ARCO.

The company was founded in 2022 and is headquartered in Espère. It serves communes in the Lot within a 25 km radius of its agency. The website states that the company recruits staff and that it has been covered by regional media.

Product: Home-help and personal-care services for private clients, provided by employed caregivers under a service-provider model.
