About Furthertravel

FurtherTravel creates group adventure trips for travellers aged 18 to 35. Each trip includes stays, transport, activities and a guide, and itineraries combine island hopping, wildlife encounters, cultural experiences and, on some tours, volunteering or conservation work. Earlier trips were sold under Camp-branded names such as Camp Thailand and Camp Bali.

Customers are individual travellers, many of them solo or on their first trip, who book places on set group tours. Trips are sold with a £49 deposit and are ABTOT protected.

FurtherTravel was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in London. The company states that it is backed by the global know-how of Intrax, a cultural exchange organisation, and that more than 10,000 travellers have joined its trips. Destinations on its site include Thailand, Bali, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Africa and the Maldives. It is currently advertising a sales team leader role based in Manchester.

Product: Group adventure tours of 12 days to 4+ weeks, with stays, transport, activities and a guide included.
