Frontier Developments plc is a UK developer and publisher of video games for PC and console, focused on creative management simulation titles. Its portfolio includes Planet Zoo, Planet Coaster, Jurassic World Evolution and Elite Dangerous, developed with the company's proprietary Cobra technology.

Its customers are video game players. The company self-publishes its own titles, and its website states that in its first two decades it developed games for publishers including Microsoft, Sony, Atari, SEGA and Amazon. The company is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange under the symbol FDEV.

The company is headquartered in Cambridge, UK, and its second studio, which hosts its Complex Games team, is in Winnipeg, Canada. Its website says it has been operating for over thirty years. In September 2026 it announced an agreement with Disney to develop and publish a new game.
