Fracht SIA develops ALCS (Automotive Logistics Control System), a digital communication platform for outbound vehicle delivery. The platform combines ERP-style business rules with shared workspaces where OEMs and suppliers exchange data with specific partners, built on ISO standards. Its modules include a trade platform for load and truck exchange, an e-forwarding solution for fleet and route management, a control tower for OEMs and suppliers, and vehicle distribution management.

The customers are car manufacturers, importers-exporters, suppliers and car carriers, dealers and other automotive logistics participants. The company states that the platform has been used to transport more than one million new vehicles for manufacturers including Renault, Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda. It reports 2,000+ car carriers logged on daily, 23,000 drivers and operations in 35 European countries.

Fracht SIA was registered in 2009 and is headquartered in Rīga, Latvia. The company describes ten years of research and development before launching ALCS. The platform is available in 21 languages, and the company holds certifications for environmental performance, information security and quality management.
