About Flux
Flux develops FLUXPAM 5, a system for payroll and HR administration. It covers wage calculation, deductions, electronic communication with state authorities and health insurers, and the employee lifecycle from recruitment to evaluation and training. The attendance module (Docházka) records working time in line with the Czech Labour Code and calculates working-time balances from daily check-ins. The personnel add-on runs as a thin client.
Customers are medium and large organisations, including state administration and public bodies. The company states that it has served more than 5,000 customers since 1991, that more than 650 companies currently use its products, and that approximately 100,000 employees are paid monthly through its system. Licences are priced per module, and the company also sells installation, integration, individual development, training and support services. Distribution runs partly through partners HELIOS Partner a.s. and Asseco Solutions, a.s.
