About Flion

Flion Oy develops a platform that collects and shares information so people and service providers can find suitable services. Its first services are VOXER, a live AI-supported tool for client participation and work efficiency in social services, and CLARISA, an accessible travel ecosystem layer that is in development.

Its customers are social services providers. The Kanta-Häme wellbeing services county (Oma Häme) is piloting an AI-assisted service-needs assessment model with Flion from spring 2026.

Flion was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Espoo, Finland. Technical implementation is carried out with the partner ModernPath.

Product: VOXER, an AI-supported tool for client participation and work efficiency in social services (live); CLARISA, an accessible travel ecosystem layer (in development).
