Flexible Resolution Services

Flexible Resolution Services (FRS) provides dispute resolution and complaint handling. It is approved by the British Parking Association to review parking charge notice appeals on private land through the POPLA service, and approved by CTSI (Chartered Institute of Trading Standards) to handle consumer disputes about Domestic & General service and maintenance plans. The service is described as free to use.

FRS works with consumers and businesses and has supported dispute resolution in sectors including energy, telecommunications and parking. It is part of Trust Alliance Group (TAG), and was initially part of Ombudsman Services. Ed Dodman is Chief Ombudsman and Business Unit Director. Over 200 ADR officials handle disputes received by Trust Alliance Group, with a team of five working on Domestic & General complaints.
