About Fjord Catering

Fjord Catering prepares food for events and serves it where the client chooses, such as a private home, a cabin or a function room. Offerings include finger food, seasonal three- to seven-course menus, grill and seafood buffets, hot food for businesses, customised menus, wedding dinners, Christmas buffets, and cakes and desserts. Food can be collected or delivered by agreement.

Customers are private hosts and companies booking events. Three-course menus and the exclusive buffet menu require a minimum order of 8 people, and a chef comes to the venue for the three-course option. Some menus are priced per person, while other prices are quoted on request.

The company is owned and run by Arne-Christian Bjelke Andreassen, who has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Fjord Catering was founded in 2023 and is registered in Gressvik, Norway. It operates from the basement of Litteraturhuset in Fredrikstad.
