About Finshape
Finshape provides the Digital Bank Operating System (DBOS), a modular, API-first digital banking platform that banks use to launch and evolve their digital products. Channels, data and third-party services are unified on one platform, and the company also offers business consulting, UX and UI design and integrated delivery.
Its customers are banks and financial institutions working across retail, SME, corporate and wealth management. Revenue comes from selling the platform together with consulting, delivery and bank team enablement, including the DBOS Academy and an AI Skills Programme.
Finshape was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Budapest. The company states that it has 116 banking clients in 44 countries, more than 600 employees and works with financial institutions across Europe, MENA and APAC. It lists team locations in Czechia, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia.
