About FIMADA GROUP

FIMADA GROUP is a business consulting and advisory company based in Prague. It advises on asset structures and asset protection, financial management and corporate restructuring, and on intergenerational wealth transfer through endowment funds and foundations. It also represents clients before authorities and manages rental and investment properties.

Its clients are entrepreneurs, private owners, athletes and international companies and investors. Design and engineering work is carried out by its subsidiary FIMADA Services, s.r.o., which includes the in-house architectural studio VSinženýring. The studio offers project preparation, engineering studies and construction project execution.

The company was founded in 2014. Its partners include CEO Jakub Veselý and Aleš Jírec.
