Fichorga

Fichorga develops software for notaries and notarial offices, covering deed drafting, taxation, accounting, client relations and staff collaboration. Its main product, AUTHEN.TIC, is a deed-drafting application that includes e-signature, dematerialised mailings and automated retrieval of data from formalities such as civil status and BODACC records. The 6ème Sens module is an artificial intelligence built for notarial work that generates client and property records from an initial document, such as a sale agreement, and proposes subsequent formalities. The notary keeps control of each step.

Customers are notaries and notarial offices, including multi-office firms served by AUTHEN.TIC_SMO. The company offers a hotline, training and day-to-day support, and integrates partner services such as Yousign for electronic signature and FOXNOT for secure document exchange.

The company was founded in 1974 according to its registry record, and states that it has been designing software since 1972. Its headquarters are in Templemars, France. Fichorga says it belongs to no group and that its software is designed, developed and hosted in France. AUTHEN.TIC is labelled Télé@ctes.
