About Feature Design

Feature builds Feature-ilmoituspalvelu, an online classified-ad booking service that lets businesses and consumers plan and buy print newspaper advertisements directly on the web. The service is connected to media houses' booking and publishing systems and is customised for each newspaper.

Its customers are Finnish newspaper publishers, including Sanoma, Keskisuomalainen, Hilla Group and Kaleva, with the service in use in over 140 newspapers in Finland. The company states that the service has been used to buy almost one million advertisements over 17 years. Feature also builds web services for other clients in Finland and abroad.

The company was founded in 2015 and is based in Tuusula, Finland. The advertising service has been its main product since 2009, and the company states it has worked on web services since 1995.
