Fasadnik

Fasadnik (fasadnik.sk) is a Slovak contractor that performs facade insulation (zateplenie) and plaster work on residential buildings. The website names EPS 070 polystyrene insulation and Baumit, JUB and Weber Terranova systems, and lists project documentation, graphic designs, permits and final inspection (kolaudácia) among its services.

Customers are private owners of family houses, housing cooperatives and apartment owners' associations in towns and villages of the Prešov and Košice regions. Projects start with an on-site survey and a price quotation, and the company says the work is carried out by its own employees.

The website states the business was founded as a sole-trader operation by František Bíž in 2003 and was taken over by the next generation in 2015, when the brand changed to Fasadnik.sk.
