About Fafco

FAFCO designs and supplies ICEBAT ice-storage systems that store energy for cooling needs. The systems are based on a simple technology with no moving parts, and the company offers commissioning with on-site support, operator training and periodic maintenance.

Customers include operators of district cooling networks and venues such as theatres and museums, and the company sells through direct projects and distribution partners, including Pure Thermal for the UK and Ireland. The website reports 3650 MWh of installed storage and 1470 ice storages worldwide.

FAFCO is a French SAS registered in Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur, founded in 2016. Its news references projects and exhibitions in Vienna, Cologne, La Réunion and Nuremberg, and a partnership with a Chinese thermal storage integrator.

Product: ICEBAT ice-based thermal energy storage systems for cooling, with commissioning, training and maintenance services.
