About Evermill Capital

Evermill Capital is a private credit manager focused on asset-backed financing solutions. It targets secured and unsecured real estate debt, infrastructure debt, credit tenant leases and income strips, commercial ground leases and structured finance.

It structures investment-grade, real asset-backed cash flows for liability-matching investors and provides funding packages to asset owners and counterparties. It works alongside its partner Delancey, whose senior management team was involved in founding the firm, and draws on the Delancey group's network for transaction sourcing.

The company is incorporated in the United Kingdom and was founded in 2024; the founders named on the team page are Scott Gardner, Tom Benham and Harry Millward. The team has collectively deployed more than £3.1bn into private credit real estate, infrastructure and structured finance investments.
