Europass Teacher Academy Finland

Europass Teacher Academy offers short international training courses for teachers and school staff, mainly under the Erasmus+ KA1 programme, with about 500 courses run through a network of local academies in more than 35 European cities. The company also offers online courses for teachers, Italian language courses in Florence, Erasmus+ job shadowing placements and support for group mobilities for students.

Its customers are primarily school educators and school leaders who attend courses, and schools and organisations that send staff or students abroad. Participants pay course fees, and the job shadowing service carries a stated organisation fee of 150 EUR per person. The company states that Erasmus+ allocates up to 350 EUR per person toward organisational costs.

The Europass Teacher Academy brand dates to 2010, when the first course was held in Florence; the earlier Europass Italian Language School was founded there in 1992. The company's Finnish entity, Europass Teacher Academy Finland Oy, is registered in Helsinki and was founded on 6 May 2022. The website lists courses in Helsinki and Oulu among the locations.
