About Euformatics
Euformatics develops software for clinical next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis. Its omnomics Suite includes omnomicsNGS for variant annotation and reporting, omnomicsQ for NGS sample quality control and omnomicsV for NGS test validation. The Genomics Hub is a kit-agnostic data processing platform that can run locally or on cloud, and produces clinical reports for LIMS, text editors, APIs and human readers.
Customers are clinical genetics laboratories and hospitals running NGS. Products are sold individually or as a package, and the company works with channel partners, including BC Platforms, INSVAST in China, Síntese Biotecnologia in Brazil and Al Jeel Medical and Trading in Saudi Arabia. The company also partners with Element Biosciences and works with external quality assessors such as EMQN.
Euformatics was founded in 2010 by four founders and has its headquarters in Espoo, Finland. It reported its first profitable year in 2015 and states that it is no longer reliant on external funding. Its careers page seeks developers, bioinformaticians, relationship builders and quality experts.
