Ethniki Insurance (Εθνική Ασφαλιστική) is a Greek insurance company. It sells life and health, property, mobility and business insurance programmes. Customers can view policies and coverage, pay premiums, file and track claims, and obtain a green card for travel abroad through the MyEthniki app.
Its customers are individuals, families and businesses in Greece. Products are distributed through its network of insurance agents and brokers, and the company also offers group insurance and corporate property cover.
The company was founded in 1891 and is headquartered in Athens. It reports more than 1.9 million insured customers and over 600 employees. A CVC Capital Partners fund acquired 90.01% of its share capital in 2022, and in 2025 it agreed to acquire a 55% stake in two Greek insurance agency companies.
