About Erus Encodia
Erus Encodia is a Norwegian consultancy that supplies senior consultants for system development and software architecture. Services include system development with .NET and C#, Java and Python, software, solution and security architecture, evaluation of existing systems and codebases, and courses and talks.
Its customers are technology organisations that want to improve how they build software. Work is delivered as consulting assignments, and the company describes its consultants as advisers who also help with strategy, project work and technical advice.
The company was founded in 2017 and is registered in Nøtterøy, which is its headquarters. The website says its roots go back to 2006, when it operated as Erus Consulting DA and began as a product company building a publishing solution. It has an office in Oslo. The company is currently hiring for two newly established practice areas: a chief consultant to build up data and AI, and a chief consultant to build up project management, both with business development responsibility.
