About Equito
Equito operates a mobile app for investing in fractions of real estate in Spain. Properties are tokenized, so each contract and transaction can be verified. The company selects, buys, renovates and manages the properties, and investors receive monthly rental income and capital gains.
Its customers are individual investors who can start with €100. The platform offers Buy & Hold projects for monthly rent plus capital gains on sale, and Buy & Sell projects that pay out a single capital gain when the property is sold. Users can also earn rewards for inviting friends to invest.
Equito was founded in Barcelona, where its first properties launched, and has since expanded to Valencia and Alicante. The company reports more than 160 properties under management and €42M invested by its users. It was selected by the Lanzadera incubator and named "Startup of the Year" at The District. It is currently hiring property acquisition specialists in Valencia.
