eQualitie is a not-for-profit technology organisation that develops open-source tools for digital and community resilience, especially where censorship, surveillance or network isolation is present. Its products include Deflect, a website security service against DDoS attacks, Baskerville, a machine-learning analytics engine for web traffic, Ceno, a peer-to-peer browser for restricted networks, Ouisync, an encrypted peer-to-peer file-sharing app, eQsat, satellite delivery of web content, and dComms, a decentralised communication system.

Its customers include civil society organisations, independent media and human rights groups, and the people who reach their content in censored or connectivity-limited environments.
