About Energies de Loire

Energies de Loire designs, builds and maintains photovoltaic solar plants, including rooftop, carport, agrivoltaic and ground-mounted installations. It also offers battery storage, self-consumption and collective self-consumption schemes, and EV charging stations powered by solar carports.

Its customers are farms, companies, industrial and tertiary sites, and local authorities. Some projects are financed by the company itself, with customers providing their roofs, car parks or land; in other cases the customer owns the plant and gains savings or sells surplus electricity. The company states it is independent of energy suppliers and equipment manufacturers.

Energies de Loire is headquartered in Candé, with an agency in Guérande, and works within about 2.5 hours' drive of its bases. Its website lists ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and says it has built solar plants since 2018.
