About Energic
Energic runs gamified environmental challenges that engage members of an organisation in sustainability actions. The offer combines a mobile app and a desktop version with a dashboard for tracking statistics, a dedicated team that configures and animates each challenge, and communication kits such as emails, posters and internal notes. Challenges feature rankings, missions and idea suggestions.
Customers are companies, cities, social landlords and schools. Energic offers four challenge formats: an inter-company challenge for SMEs (one month, one defined theme), an internal challenge customised by the client (one to three months), a student challenge (one to three months) and a tenant challenge (three to six months) aimed at reducing energy precarity and building local ties. Missions, content and charters can be tailored to each client.
Energic was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Lille, France. It reports having run more than 300 challenges in organisations of very different sizes. Client references include Vinci, where more than 3000 employees took part.
