ENB-Consulting

ENB Consulting Oy is an immigration and company-formation consultancy in Espoo. It prepares residence and work permit applications, family reunification, permit extensions, permanent residence and citizenship applications, and helps entrepreneurs with company formation, accounting and appeals. The consultants prepare the application files; decisions are made by the authorities.

Customers are individuals and families moving to Finland, employees and employers needing work permits, and entrepreneurs setting up companies. Services are sold on a case-by-case basis, alongside fixed-price online services such as a 15-minute phone consultation, application file review and document checklists. Company formation carries a consultancy fee of EUR 400 excluding VAT, and the official registration fee is paid separately to the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. Bookkeeping and tax filings are performed by a partner accountant that ENB coordinates, and court representation is handled by partner lawyers.

The company was founded in 2022 and is based in Espoo. It serves Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, the rest of Uusimaa and all of Finland, with consultations also held online. Its working languages are Turkish, English, Finnish, Russian and Ukrainian. It accepts unsolicited job applications from candidates.
