About Empler

Empler OÜ provides in-house AI training for organisations in Estonia. Sessions teach staff to use tools they already have, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, through practical exercises built around participants' roles. Before each training, a pre-meeting reviews the tools and licences the organisation uses, its constraints and the target groups.

Customers are companies and public-sector organisations across Estonia, from small teams to organisations with more than 100 employees. Training is delivered online or on site in formats including 2-3 hour online sessions, half-day courses, single-theme workshops and multi-week programmes, with quotes provided on request. Each client has one contact person, available for 30 days after the training.

The company was founded in 2023 and is registered in Aruküla, Estonia. Its founder, Keiu Kaitsa, is an AI trainer who previously worked in human resources for more than 15 years. The company also offers free AI training courses.

Product: In-house AI training sessions, workshops and multi-week programmes for teams, using the organisation's own AI tools.
