About EMH stavební CZ

EMH Stavební CZ s.r.o. is a construction company that builds and reconstructs residential, public, commercial and industrial buildings, with a focus on reducing their energy consumption. Services include complete construction supply, building insulation, window, door and entrance replacement, roof and flat-roof repair, plumbing reconstruction, historical facades and energy-efficiency consulting. Electrical works are carried out by its subsidiary ELEKTRO-HAJZLER Group CZ s.r.o.

Its main clients are the public sector, including municipalities, towns, regions and their institutions. It also works for companies, mainly local automotive firms, and for private investors. Projects start with a quote and a signed contract, and each project is led by a site manager.

The company started operating in 2013 and continues business activities that its predecessor has pursued since 1992. Its headquarters are in Boseň, and its recent work includes a passive-standard care home and a passive school in Kněžmost. The company is hiring for construction technician, site foreman and project preparation/budgeting roles, and says it has up to 150 staff depending on workload.
