About Emergency One Group
Emergency One Group manufactures fire and rescue appliances, including light vehicles (3.5-7T), medium vehicles (7.5-16T), heavy appliances (16T+), incident command vehicles, aerial ladder platforms and ARFF units. Its E1 technology products include ePumpControl and the e1Fleet system. The company describes the E1 EV0, introduced in 2020, as the first fully electric fire appliance.
Customers are fire and rescue services, emergency responders and industrial users. The group also supplies operational equipment through Clan Tools, covering rescue tools, car fire solutions, urban search and rescue, fire training and hazardous materials handling. The operating company, Emergency One Group Limited, was registered in 2019; the business itself dates back to 1989 in Cumnock, Ayrshire, Scotland. The company has four production sites on a 9-acre campus, and it reports over 250 employees. It exports to countries including New Zealand, France, Malta and Qatar.
