Emblem is invoicing and business management software that covers issuing sales and purchase documents, customer and supplier records, receipts and payments, expense categorisation, appointments and a built-in CRM. It connects to the myDATA platform of the Greek tax authority (AADE) and to TaxisNet, and it integrates with point-of-sale systems. Certified electronic invoicing is provided through eskap, a certified provider operated by Kappa Development, a member of the Semantic Software group.

The customers are businesses in Greece across industries. The product is sold as a subscription: a free plan with limited documents and contacts, and a Basic plan at €6 per month or €60 per year plus VAT. Activating the certified e-invoicing provider carries an additional cost.

The company was founded in 1997 and operates under the legal name Semantic Business Software E.E. The website states that electronic invoicing through a certified provider becomes mandatory for wholesale transactions from 2 November 2026.
