The platform is aimed at marketers in consumer-focused industries, including retail, e-commerce, travel and hospitality, consumer products, media, sports and entertainment. It connects with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud. It is part of SAP's customer engagement portfolio and is sold to enterprise customers.
