Elekt

Elekt builds a white-label customer platform for energy and grid companies. It includes a customer app, a business portal for contracts, consumption and invoices, a partner portal with CRM, loyalty and push-notification tools, a web self-service portal, and a real-time solution that reads electricity meters directly. The app also offers control of EV charging and heating devices, and the platform integrates with customer information systems (CIS).

The customers are energy companies that offer the platform to their residential and business end customers under their own brand. Revenue is shared with the energy company: premium subscriptions in the app and business portal are split under a profit-split model, and smart-home products can be sold through an e-commerce setup. The energy company carries no startup cost, and Elekt takes on development, operations and support.

Elekt is registered in Trondheim, Norway, and was founded in 2018. The website states that implementation takes four weeks from signing to launch. Midt Energi is named as a customer.
