About El Pastor

El Pastor is a family of Mexican restaurants in London serving tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, sharers, margaritas, tequila and mezcal. Tortillas are made fresh daily in-house from heirloom Mexican corn sourced through TAMOA, an initiative protecting Mexico's biodiversity and food heritage.

Customers are diners, including groups, and guests booking private parties, exclusive hire and Christmas parties. The company also offers full venue hire and runs a guest chef series.

The restaurants are in London Bridge (Borough Market), King's Cross (Coal Drops Yard), Soho and Battersea (Battersea Power Station). Founders Sam Hart and Crispin Somerville spent a decade running the nightclub El Colmillo in Mexico City, which inspired the concept. Current openings include executive sous chef, chef de partie, kitchen porter, floor manager and waiter/waitress roles across several sites.
