eGate Smart Building Innovation

eGate Smart Building Innovation builds wireless IoT sensing, analytics and AI for construction quality, safety and compliance. Its system measures concrete drying and strength development, indoor air quality, airborne dust, temperature, humidity, CO₂, VOCs and differential pressure, and can add external environmental conditions. The AI Insights module identifies anomalies and risks and suggests actions. The ePredict drying algorithm and concrete-mix-specific MPa strength calculation are patented, and the technology is protected by a U.S. patent.

Customers are construction, infrastructure and mission-critical project teams, including defense construction and data centers. Products include Connected Dust Control, Connected Concrete Control, the Site Impact Monitor for air quality in nearby schools and offices, and the Site Conditions Manager, which produces weekly reports. Hardware kits are sold with a cloud subscription on a 12-month minimum commitment, with US list pricing from $199 per month.

Founded in 2018 by CEO and founder Jarkko Haukijärvi, the company is headquartered in Tampere, Finland. Its solutions have been used on more than 1,000 projects in Europe and the United States. Cramo is its strategic partner in the Baltic region.
