About EDITEL SK
EDITEL provides electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions, centred on its eXite® EDI platform, which lets companies exchange business documents such as orders, delivery notes and invoices with partners in real time. Services include EDI integration, Web EDI for companies without their own EDI infrastructure, e-invoicing and eCMR for digital consignment notes.
Customers span FMCG, automotive, construction, pharmaceuticals, logistics and other industries, from SMEs to large corporations. The company describes its eXite® network as one of the largest EDI networks and states it supports almost 50,000 companies and processes around 1 billion transactions per year.
EDITEL traces its roots to the ECODEX EDI platform launched in Austria in 1987 and was later succeeded by eXite® in 2004. The Slovak entity, EDITEL SK s.r.o., was founded in 2007 and is registered in Bratislava. The group reports over 200 employees in more than 20 countries.
