About EdgeTier
EdgeTier builds AI-powered customer interaction analytics software. The platform analyses customer conversations across channels, tags contact reasons, measures sentiment, detects anomalies and alerts teams to emerging issues. Modules include Explore for customer insights, Sonar for proactive issue detection, Coach for AI-assisted agent QA and Ask Spotlight, an agentic AI assistant that answers questions about contact-centre data. It integrates with helpdesk and CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce and Genesys.
