About Ecomail
Ecomail is a Czech marketing platform for sending newsletters, SMS and automated email campaigns, and for managing customer data. Features include a drag-and-drop template editor, automations based on customer behaviour, segmentation, A/B testing, campaign reports, integrations and an API. The AI agent EMA, offered in Czech, helps with preparing campaigns, reports and strategy. A separate CDP tier adds RFM analysis, product recommendations and advanced analytics.
Customers range from small businesses to multinational companies, with a focus on e-shops and businesses in the Czech and Slovak markets. Revenue comes from subscriptions priced by the number of active contacts (Profi, Marketer+ and CDP tiers, plus a free tier), from credit packages for occasional sending, and from paid training, consulting, template design and campaign management services.
The business has run since 2014, when co-founders Jan Tlapák (CEO) and Jakub Stupka (COO) started it. The company is based in Prague 1 and is expanding abroad. Open roles include a customer care specialist for Poland and a PPC specialist for SaaS, both based in Prague.
