Eco-Tech Ceram

Eco-Tech Ceram designs, installs and operates decarbonised heat solutions for industrial sites, with or without capital invested by the site. Its offer covers recovery of waste heat from furnaces and processes, and heat supplied as hot air, hot water or steam. Its patented Eco-Stock® high-temperature thermal storage uses ceramic blocks to store heat up to 1,000 °C, with 1 to 30 MWh capacity per installation and efficiency above 90%.

Customers are industrial plants in ceramics, metallurgy, quarries, glass, food processing and extractive industries, including Wienerberger and Villeroy & Boch. Revenue comes from turnkey equipment sales, or from heat sold at fixed prices on 10–12 year contracts, or from leasing installations, with financing structured through its subsidiary ETC Invest. In 2026 the company acquired the boilermaking firm DIVINA, which makes steel and stainless steel parts, and Eco-Stock® units are manufactured at its own plant in Albi, Occitanie.

The company is headquartered in Balma, France, and was founded in 2014 as a SAS. It reports eight industrial installations in service, more than 100,000 cumulative operating hours and more than 4,000 t of CO₂ avoided. Eco-Tech Ceram has received BPI France's Concours Mondial de l'Innovation, ADEME recognition and a Horizon 2020 SME Instrument selection, and is a member of the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions.
