About E METALL
E Metall produces sheet-metal parts from customer drawings, or from specifications it develops itself. Services include CNC punching, laser cutting up to 15 mm, CNC bending, tumbling, press-in fasteners, spot and arc welding, powder coating, screen printing, and mechanical and electromechanical assembly. Design support is offered in Solid Edge and JetCam. Materials are mainly 1–3 mm sheets of steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys or copper.
Customers are international companies with seats in Slovakia and elsewhere in Europe, mainly in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. Products include covers, boxes, frames, brackets, cabinets and panels. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2016.
The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Nová Dubnica. It is a Slovak-Italian company and is linked by ownership to the Italian sheet-metal processor FRACM. It recruits for production roles and accepts both experienced workers and newcomers.
