About e-Finance

e-Finance, a.s. is the parent company of a Czech group that invests in real estate, including commercial and residential property, hotels and development projects. Group companies also provide property brokerage, legal services for transactions, property buyback, mortgage financing arrangements and insurance brokerage through the affiliated e-Finance Makléři, s.r.o.

The group sells bonds to the public, secured by the Zámek Račice property or by shares of the FONDEFI real estate fund, or issued on the strength of the issuer's own finances. It also operates the FONDEFI real estate investment fund for qualified investors. Its clients include private and corporate property buyers and sellers, and investors in its bonds and fund. The group runs hotels, restaurants and a brewery, including EFI Palace Hotel and EFI SPA Hotel in Brno.

The company was founded in 2001 and has its head office in Brno, with offices in Prague and Jihlava. The group reports a portfolio of completed and leased properties worth more than 2.36 billion CZK. Current job openings cover hotel housekeeping and maintenance, gastronomy, construction and real estate brokers.
